Should my Unlocked Galaxy S6 have Marshmallow by now?

I read an article that Samsung began pushing out Marshmallow on February 14th and I do not have the option to upgrade yet.
I bought my phone in July from eBay and it is unlocked (at least it has no carrier logo on the back and no carrier-specific bloatware), so I assume I should be one of the first to upgrade. I am currently running Lollipop 5.1.1 and just curious if for some weird reason my phone won't be able to receive the update (because I do not have Samsung Pay either).

P.S. Sorry if this question is being asked a lot, I just had a hard time searching for an answer.

You could try updating via Kias to see if you have an update pending.

I would look up the model number of the phone then try to see if that particular model is the one getting the updates.

It's my understanding that if you have an unlocked phone, you can call your provider and they can push an OTA to you.
I don't know how true this is, but this is the rumour.
