The Spigen is a nice case. Still some issues with the volume buttons - but not a showstopper.

I had a clear/frost case for my MXPE and within a week or 2 it had a yellow tint to it. Guess clear cases and construction jobs don't mix well, even if I sit in a machine all day.

I want a clear case with a solid bumper. The Ringke Fusion is close in the smoke black color, but I'd prefer a solid black bumper. Has anyone seen anything like that? Hopefully the Spigen Hybrid case gets other colors.

The Spigen is a nice case. Still some issues with the volume buttons - but not a showstopper.

Mine just arrived today. The first thing I did was test the volume buttons after reading some people were having an issue but I'm happy to report all is well. It's a little fancier looking than the Moko clear case I've been using as a placeholder while waiting for the Spigen and seems to be just a tad clearer than the Moko (could just be because it's newer but I feel I can notice the nexus logo on the back better than when I first put on the Moko.) but overall not a huge difference in quality, just some subtle differences. All clear cases are pretty basic after all so this doesn't surprise me. I'm more concerned about preserving the nice appearance of the back of the phone itself.

One thing I've noticed that Spigen chose to do that the other clear case makers haven't is they left the entire black glass window open whereas the other brands covered everything except the camera array itself and created a hump in the plastic to cover the hump in the back. I prefer Spigen's approach because all of the antennas are using that area, and I'm extremely OCD when it comes to even the most insignificant antenna interference so I guess Spigen had people like me in mind. There's also no chance of an impact on that glass when dropped because the case is raised from the phone surface anyway for all cutouts. As with the Moko, overall fittings are great. The only difference I noticed was that Moko's cutout for the fingerprint scanner was a larger than it needed to be although I guess that would actually be a plus for some of you with swollen sausage fingers Both are about the same in terms of bulk.

It is pretty average but I still liked it for the week I used it. Only two minor things bothered me. One was that Moko shows too many seams. You can notice the seam between the harder back plate and the softer sides, which I couldn't on the Spigen. The other is that there's this weird seam line that comes off of the fingerprint cutout for about 1cm which you can see at certain angles. Still for the $7 that you pay for the moko or the dglte, the difference isn't massive for the extra few bucks other clear case makers are charging but yeah, there is a bit of difference. I will definitely be satisfied keeping this as my backup if anything happens to the one I got today.

I posted this on the stickied case thread, but I'll post it here too...the Ringke Fusion vs. the Case clear cases. The Case is clearly thinner than the Ringke, which is fairly thin in its own right. In the pics below, the Ringke is on the right and above.
