Showing a hidden app

Hi all, this afternoon I have been reinstalling apps back onto my phone after wiping it clean. Something I do regularly. However, I've lost one of the apps. I installed CaughtU Pro and in the settings I chose to hide the app, a default pin came up on screen but not long enough for me to make a note or take a screenshot. Now I can't find the app to "show" it again. When entering app manager, the app is listed but I don't have the option to disable or uninstall it. Any help would be greatly appreciated :-)

It could be turned off.

Go to Settings> Application Manager> Find the application and uninstall...

Or you may need to Scroll over to the right to get ALL applications. Or you may need to scroll again to the right to the TURNED OFF applications. See if you can enable from there..

Also- I'd recommend using Samsung Smart Switch for backups and restoring if you do it that regularly. Your wasting your time by constantly going through the re-install process.

As mentioned, in application manager I don't have the option to uninstall. The button is greyed out. Nor is it disabled. It's hidden somehow because I set it to be hidden from within the app itself. I'm not bothered about doing regular wipes as I only use a few apps and my photos etc are stored in the cloud. Wiping my S6 and getting back.up and running typically takes me only an hour :-)

Go to settings -> lock screen and security ->other security settings -> device administrators. There may be an entry in there which prevents you from uninstalling it

@RobotHeaven Thanks so much, that was spot on. Managed to uninstall it now :-)

Mainly through force of habit. As a network manager at a local school, I manage over 1000 apple devices plus around 400 iMacs and 100 MacBook Pros. Every half term we reimage all of the iMacs, and once a year we recall all mobile devices to be wiped. I wipe my phone every few months.
