Shuffle not working on Galaxy 7 Music App

My shuffle feature cannot be activated and the same song just repeats itself. I have tried rebooting, going into the Play Music app and turning on shuffle. Nothing seems to work. I have had this phone for over 18 months and had no problem with the shuffle feature before.
