Side Sync

Wanted to use SideSync fo transfer Documents and Photos from my Phone to Camera and camera to phone.
Tried internet info (did not work) and talked to 4 different Tech people at Samsung
Still did not work.
Today I found info for method that works on my Note 5 and Windows 10.

First install Side Sync for Windows 10 in Computer and Phone.
To Transfer Photos from Camera to Computer
Open Side Sync in Computer
Open Phone Screen in side Sync
Phone screen will appear on Computer
Open My Files in Phone
Device Storage
DCIM
Camera
Tap Camera
Select Photo
Check Box9 be sure check is in box
Hold & Drag Icon to Desktop Folder & Release
Picture will transfer to Computer Screen
Open Folder

For Documents
Device Storage
Documents
Check Box
Click Icon & Hold
Drag & Drop

yup, that sounds like standard operation... where did you encounter problems before? Or what was the issue?
