I loaded the signed-CL157175Custom.zip and booted my phone and at the start up screen I have a white background with green HTC letter however I keep getting an error:

SORRY
The application HTC Sense (process .com.htc.launcher) has stopped unexpectedly please try again.

I hit the force closed over 50 times and it still keeps coming up

have you tried just rebooting and see if that solves it?

Yes tried it and it did not work

If you can get settings go to applications> manage applications>Htc sense clear data. that should restart sense for youand solve it hopefully if not id power off boot into recovery wipe,reflash.

I would redownload the file could of got messed up.

Are you wiping data and dalvik before you are flashing?

Yeah, I actually had that same problem just this morning. I redownloaded the ROM file, put it back on the sdcard, wiped data/factory reset AND wiped dalvik cache and then reapplied. Works fine now!
