Signing a new contract

So I was wondering...With the release of the S3 coming out after the 28th (I preordered from BB) can a person go to Verizon and renew your contract before that date without purchasing a new phone? I want to lock in my unlimited so that when my S3 comes all I have to do is activate it.

You wanna renew your contract just for the hell of it? That's a first. You may wanna check with Verizon, they offer promotions sometimes like extra minutes, free texting or money off your bill for a contract extension. Otherwise no, you can't.
