Signing out of broken tablet

I recently cracked the screen on my tablet and now it won't work. So I'm going to get a new one and was wondering if there was a way to sign out of my google account on the broken tablet? I can still turn on the tablet and see that all my stuff is there. I just can't use the touch. So is there a way to basically sign out of everything on the broken tablet without getting into it?

If you have Android Device Manager activated, you can go here and erase everything on your tablet if it is connected to the internet: https://www.google.com/android/devicemanager

If not, you can change your google password online so that no one could access your google account on your tablet. You can also go to your google dashboard and revoke access: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions?hl=en

Also, you can try a hard reset if you are able to with the condition the tablet is in. Look here under the Recovery Mode section for instructions: https://support.google.com/nexus/answer/4596836?hl=en
