Silence phone alarm from GearS3 watch

Just recently i lost the ability to silence my phone alarm from my watch. My phone is the Note 8 and the watch is the Gear S3. Both are running the latest software and all of my apps are updated. I use the Samsung clock app on the phone to set my morning alarm and up until about a week ago when the alarm would sound on my phone it would also Vib/sound on my watch (i wear the watch when i sleep), i could then silence or snooze the phone alarm from my watch.

Is anyone else have this issue and if so have you found a solution?

Thanks, I have ran through the notification list and I feel that I have everything enalbed that should be enalbed.
