Silent alarms

[Android Central Question]

I've rebooted and checked all my settings 10 times!? It occured after a mandatory up date. The style of icons changed, there is no way to turn up or down the ringer volume! I'm exasperated. Help please?

Join the site. Post your phone model. Have you checked the individual sliders for all the audio controls? Rebooted? Did it make noise then?
