Silent Mode, Vibrate Only Mode

I know this is an easy question for some. Is there a widget or a button that lets you quickly switch from normal to silent or to vibrate only. For the life of me I can't find it.

Help.

Why they did out with the vibrate on the volume rocker before silent after ring I'll never know.

I rarely have my phone on other then vibrate...

Huh? When I turn the volume rocker all the way down it turns it to vibrate.

You must have phone set to always vibrate. it won't if you set it to don't vibrate on silent.
