Sim card locked error

Every morning there is a pop up on my screen that says something like *ATTENTION your sim card is locked* and says something about possible unuseable (i can't screening shot because as soon as i touch the phone it goes away)

Im on Sprint, installed all the latest and greatest Updates....

Any ideas?

I never had an issue with my phone until the two security updates. Sprint and Google messed up the update(s) and Google knows but hasn't acknowledged it. started getting weird message that wouldn't go away. any chance you use BK Package Disabler? it has issues with the latest update that fixed the wifi issue, and also needs an update. when mine froze I had to uninstall and reinstall to get it to work right and message (unrelated) to go away. no idea why, but it fixed it. I was almost completely frozen.
