I currently have an iPhone 5 and my brother has his note 2. He wants my iPhone and I want his note 2. We are both under our 2 year contract. Do you think at&t would allow us to switch phones and put my sim card in his note and his sim card in my iPhone? Thank you.

YES! YES YOU CAN!
you are switching devices not lines!
you can switch to any device you would like, keep in mind though sim cards are NOT all the same size!
visit ATT as you will need a new sim for the note 2and your brother will need a new sim for the isheep NANO (isheep)> MicroSim (note 2), there should be no charge for the sim cards

the iphone5 uses the microsim card, so you won't be able to switch. AT&T will allow you to switch though, free of charge. You both don't even have to be present. You just show up to AT&T with the Note2 and tell them you want that on your account. They'll issue you a new sim, register it, and you're on your way. You can call the service center, but I think they'll wind up sending you a new sim anyway (they used to just reprogram it over the phone, but a lot of the times they issue new sims for theft protection).

Thank you so much. I look forward to switching!
