SIM card Release Hole VERY DANGEROUS!!!

I'd say this was a problem if it weren't for the fact the mic channel is angled, but the fact it is makes it a none issue.

Did none of the phone engineers thought this was a bad idea and just put the sim hole on the other side? Makes me chuckle.

The hole right next to it is for a mic, not a speaker, right? Is that still protected?

It'd be interesting to know what kind of protection there is, because sometimes you have to press in pretty firmly with a SIM tray ejection tool, so if a person was mistakenly using the wrong hole and progressively using more and more pressure, I can imagine that there might be some chance of damage.

There is. Jerryrig talked about it on the s22. The mic has an able inside and you can’t go past it with an object.
