Sim card tray damage

I notice that my micro-sim no longer goes in. When I push it in I hear the click, but it doesn't stay in.

Is this a common problem, and does this sound easily fixable?

Id say no.... not a common problem. You might be able to get a new one. Id ask Tmobile. but for a reference. My sim is pushed in to where I can only see half of the T
