Simple photo selection app that allows locking a zoom level?

Can anyone suggest an app that would allow me to flip through a set of photos at a fixed zoom level? I don't need to enhance them or do any fancy editing at this stage, just delete the duds. The Gallery app that comes with Android on the S6 reverts to 1:1 as soon as I swipe right or left, and, since the details needed to make decisions require zoom to see them, Gallery constantly puts me back at the top level, instead of zooming, losing my place, driving me nuts. Perhaps, if I was more of a virtuoso at un-pinching to perform a zoom, the Gallery app would do the job, but I doubt that I will ever acquire that skill level. So I'm stuck with zooming all the photos as they're taken, even though the camera has no optical zoom.
