Since 7.0, frequent need to open Entune app to get connection in car

Toyota entune is normally always logged in and available, so that when I get in my Toyota, there is a connection available for things such as Pandora. Since installing 7.0, about 1/2 the time I get in the car, I have to pick up my phone, and open entune. I'm already logged in so all that was necessary was for me to open Entune. I shouldn't have to do that. What settings might there be in 7.0 that is causing Entune to not be running in the background?
