Since downloading the device manager app, my phone keeps recycling on my Samsung Galaxy Exhibit. How can I fix this?

since downloading the device manager ap, my phone keeps recycling on my samsung galaxy exhibit

My account is through Metro, and it's going from the start up logo screen to the Metro screen, but it won't take me to my home page. I've tried to take the battery out and back in several times, still all I get is this phone recycling
