since oreo update, apps don't work properly

since I updated the S8 plus (oreo), my square reader will not rotate on the signature screen and turns on automatically when I use it (the square reader) AND my fit bit will not receive phone notifications when the phone is on silent.
I never had any of these issues before the update.
Has anyone else had these issues and is there a fix? (Doubtful)
Don't bother telling me to wipe cache which seems to be the go-to fix that doesn't actually fix anything....cuz I tried.
I wish Samsung would F-O with screwing up my phone

If they are specific to the apps then you need to contact the app developer. Apps are not guaranteed to always work no matter what especially when you do a software version update. There could be code in the oreo specific to Samsung that the app developer needs to adjust his app around.

Did you try uninstalling the apps and reinstalling them. Have you tried to unpair the Fitbit then pair the fit back to the phone
