Since the latest update the batteries for my Samsung Note 4 do not fully charge.

I have 3 batteries for my Samsung Note 4.

1- A 3200mAh (standard battery)
2- Anker 6440 mAh
2- ZeroLemon 10000 mAh

Previously when charged the Anker would show up to 24 hours of battery life after charging.

Since the last update, all three batteries only show 13+ hours of battery after charging with all three batteries. And that is about all they last. What gives.

This is extremely frustrating.

My phone is not rooted and I have reset the battery function.

Welcome to Android Central! The estimated hours of battery life is just that -- an estimate. The software makes that estimate based on your current and recent usage, so if you're only doing very minimal activity, it'll estimate more time, and if you are or were doing some very battery-intensive things, it will estimate less time. The more important thing is what actual battery life you're getting.
