Since the Lollipop update haptic feedback and vibration don't work, how can I fix this?

Since lollipop update haptic feedback and vibration don't work

I have set haptic feedback and vibrations to on, but when touching the screen there is no haptic feedback, and when I get a call or my alarm clock goes off, the phone does not vibrate. These features were working perfectly before the update.
