Since upgrade to android 10 crackling noises

A couple days ago ive been updating my android to android 10 and on certain apps, where i make music it gives off those very distorted sounds alongside crackling noises on multi layered midi tracks. It cant be the layering itself, since it has never crackled before on android 9 except when i had 10 or more layers in one track so it can't be my Bluetooth headset either. My phone is a Huawei P Smart 2019. Any help?

Interesting, Google Pixel 3a's had speaker problems with crackling. It has a top speaker for video sounds, bottom for ringer and notifications. Coincidence? I had to have bottom speaker replaced under warranty.

Welcome to Android Central! Does that phone have Dolby Atmos, or some other kind of equalizer? If so, try turning it off and see if it still crackles.
