is there a mobile web browser that can play Sirius without having to pay the $3/month for their app?

I found that the opera mobile browser plays the web based player for siriusxm . However, once you close the screen, the stream stops. It restores once you turn the screen on again . I have an exception in juice defended to allow connectivity when the screen is off, but I can't find a setting in opera to keep the player going with the screen off. Any help would be appreciated.

The $3 a month isn't for the app. The app is free. The $3 a month is for the ability to stream over the internet whether it's on the app or in a web browser on your PC. If you want to listen to Sirius over anything other than a hardware unit you have to cough up the cash.
