Anyone have both on hand that can compare the two size wise? From videos I've seen, the 6P appears way too big next to it. Looking to hear impressions of the size from someone who has both.

Dimensions
Nexus 6P: 159.3 x 77.8 x 7.3 mm (6.27 x 3.06 x 0.29 in)
Note 5: 153.2 x 76.1 x 7.6mm (6.03 x 3.00 x 0.30 in)

Numbers are great but I'm looking for feel in the hand, I'm still on the fence, I have the Note 5 but the 6P looks unwieldy from what I've seen.

If you can get your hands on an iPhone 6 Plus or 6s Plus, they are nearly identical dimensions. Otherwise, between the Note5 and the 6p you're looking at around 1/16-1/8" wider and right at a 1/4" taller. That's almost nothing in reality. I'm coming from a Droid Turbo, and I tried an iPhone 6s Plus and didn't have any issues with it. To give you an idea, the Turbo is only a 5.2" screen and has slim side bezels, so it's a much bigger jump than from a Note5 to a 6p.

As far as wanting a person's opinion rather than numbers, everyone has different ideas on what is too big or not, so a person's opinion is more subjective than actual numbers.

Also, you are asking for an opinion from (for the most part) 6P owners... what kind of opinion do you think you are going to get from them?

I've got a 6p and I can tell you, the 6p is huge. The bezels are stupid large. It's pretty much unusable in one hand with any level of comfort. Can it be done, yes, but it isn't easy. And I'm a 6 foot 8 former division 1 basketball player. My hands aren't small. The phone is big. The feel of the note 5 and MXPE are much more manageable.

I'm using a 6.1 inch phone one handed and seriously doubt this phone will be harder to use the same way. And I'm no 6'8" anything and wear size 8 surgical gloves.

Isn't it amazing how MOST ppl can drive and use these devices with one hand?

The problem I have is that it is real heavy and very slippery. I am coming from a OnePlus One with a screen only slightly smaller (5.5"), and the 6P feels way heavier. The OPO is extremely comfortable to hold with the smaller size, lighter weight, and Sandstone back and side. I will have to get a case for this one - ugh!

I went to Best Buy and played with the iPhone 6S Plus and the Note 5. Even with the very small difference in the size, the Note 5 just felt a lot more manageable in the hand. That said, I'm not sure if the feel of the 6P makes it feel better in your hand than the iPhone.

Yup, that's about right. It's not super comfortable in the hand. The note 5 or the moto x pure are much smaller and easier to hold.

You will get used to it. I used to get some hand fatigue from one handing my HAM 2 (over 200g) but I don't notice it at all now. Matter of fact. I find my wife's Note 4 to look a little small.

Nothing like a 6 foot 8 giant to knock some sense into you. The phone is freakin huge!

Agree. Huawei really put some huge bezels on. It's a shame they couldn't have had speakers and also made the bezels smaller. Note 5 feels great in hand. Plus the slippery back on the 6P makes it definitely feel like you need a case on it to not have to worry about it falling out of your hands.

I'm coming from a Note 5... 6P width feels similar. 6P is definitely taller than the Note 5.

Apparently my 6P will be here today. Crazy fast shipping by Google on my order. As soon as I get the phone I'll take some comparison photos if you'd like.

Mod Note, Cleaned up some posts. Let's keep things on a friendly tone.

It is only slightly bigger than the Note 5. I guess the only thing you can take from that is, if the Note 5 is too large then this probably is also. I cant really see too many ppl saying the Note 5 is not too large but the 6P is, if so they are just being very picky. But hey that is just my opinion.
