Skype in Australia?

OK, this may be a stupid question, but here goes

I have the Sprint Galaxy SII Epic 4G Touch smartphone. I just installed Skype on it so I can hopefully use it when I travel back to Australia this summer. Can you tell me if this will work? And if so, do I just put the wifi on and everything else is off and connect?

Yes.

If you can connect to Skype via wifi here, you shouldn't have any problem using it there.
