Ahora que se marcha Skype, a partir del 1 de mayo de 2025 que aplicaciones utilizaran para realizar llamadas desde otro número que no sea el original. Por otro lado, que se pueda utilizar también desde una computadora.

You could look into TextNow, but it's unclear to me if you can make calls from a desktop/laptop: https://www.textnow.com/. The help page suggests that you can, but then it goes on to say that you have to install the app from the Apple Appstore (not sure if that works on a Mac as well): https://help.textnow.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043012073-How-To-Use-TextNow-On-Your-Desktop
