Skype on g2

Hi guys, I'm having problems with Skype on my g2 (d802), the other person can't hear me. I have tested the mic on a phone call and there is no hardware issue and I can't find no settings in the phone to change the settings.
Has anyone else experienced the same problem and come up with a solution

Any chance it's a problem on their end? What kind of device are the using?

Hi megaroad, no the problem was defo on my end as I skyped the same contact from my iPad and it was perfect. I Also did the echo test call and it said there was a problem with my device. I've just reset my device back to factory settings and its working again now. Thankyou
