I pay 2.99 a month for skype i can't use is on my cell phone.thanks verizon my question when the heck will skype release there own app what's taking so long until then no more 2.99 for me am done

If you're paying Skype $2.99 a month, make sure to use the SAME login you use on your PC on the Skype version for your phone..

Regardless of what device you use, it's called Single Sign On, uses the same account across different platforms.

As of October 5, there's a new Skype app on the Android forum that looks like it allows placing calls using Wifi. Note this is NOT the Skype Mobile app pushed by Verizon. I've just started experimenting with it today.
