Raider vanilla is based off of sense, cm6 is true vanilla.....no comparidommson, but imo cm6 is stable

thanks for the quick response. do you know if cyanogenmod 6 will work on my DInc once unrevoked releases their root for verizons most recent OTA november update?

btw, does cyanogen decrease your battery life? or will it enchance it? i just got my seidio 1750 battery yesterday and i'm looking to get the most out of it. should i use Setcpu or use an undervolted kernel? (i'm new to the android world ^_^ sorry)

Cm6 has average battery life. It doesn't suck the battery life at all....and undervolted kernels are really good to save some battery.

i heard that if you live an area with poor signal undervolted kernels could give you signal problems (not having any signal)

hydras are old (based off old code), and dont work on cm6 (or any AOSP rom)...try kingklick's kernel....its a bit old, but still good (its based off old code, but newer than hydra's,but it is patched to be 2.6.32.24 with code that throttles the cpu along with undervolt)

no, just flash cm6 and the kernel of your choice and you will be fine

You can also try this kernel: [KERNEL] 2.6.32.26-BFQ-GPU+-smartass - From new HTC source - 11/26/2010 - xda-developers

You will have to use the CM6 Kernel, but it should be good. Its based off of newer code than either Hydra or the King kernels, and the creator seems more interested in supporting it than the previous two.
