Sleep of death while charging

I've been reading about people getting the SoD well not charging....my nexus 4 is doing it while charging at night. First time was between 6am and 630am and the 2nd time was between 11pm and 2am. I am completely stock and not sure if issue with software or hardware. Currently I have 4.3 on it. If anyone can give me ideas please let me know. Thanks

How often is this happening? Every night? Once a week? Once a month?

SoD has been an issue for a while, and it was supposedly fixed, but in reality it wasn't completely. I haven't had this issue, and am not sure how to fix it. I do know that you're not alone, though. And am trying to get more information so that someone else might be able to help you out.

It's happened 2 times once Monday night and once Wednesday night. Using factory supplied charger got the phone under a month ago. my buddy has a n4 and no issues with his.

Had you recently installed any apps that may or may not be causing the issue? If so, uninstall it and see if that helps (unlikely, but it's all I can think of). Or factory reset (again, not guaranteed to fix it, as it's a rare bug that's said to be very hard to diagnose, hence it not being fixed all the way).

Thanks, no new apps nothing different from what my s3 I had. Saw netflix had a issue, removed that app will see if it happens again
