I am real happy with the current update with the exception of sleep tracking. It is not improved at all. It is the software as it interfaces with Sleep as Android perfectly. If you do not care about tracking deep sleep it may be fine, but fir those with sleep issues deep sleep is possibly the most important because the higher your percent of deep sleep, the better. I am pretty familiar with my sleep patters after using sleep as Android as Android and also a Fitbit Ionic. My average deep sleep should be averaging around 17%. Sometimes sleep as Android gives a slightky high reading. The Ionic was a hair low but nothing like the Galaxy Watch. Sometimes the Ionic was real close but at times would be a bit low. With just a couple exceptions I am lucky to get 6% on the Galaxy Watch. I have hit 12% a time or two but that's it. I realize it will not be as accurate as the sleep studies I have been through with 20 or 30 proves but it could be a lot better. So if I want to check it I use Sleep as Android on a fully charged watch, to deal with battery drain, if I am feeling real tired. I need to do this to determine if it is a sleep issue or the Sarcoidosis I have. It can be both but normally my sleep issues are controlled by keeping a steady routine.
