Sleep tracking not working

I had a gear s3 and the sleep tracking with it was wonderful but the watch was to big for my small girly wrist. I ended up taking it back and getting a s2 but I can not get it to track my sleep like the s3 did. I got the update and sleep tracking is on. I've tried Google and can't find an answer to why it isn't working. Any ideas?

Have you gone thru all the updates. It should be on software version R720XXU2EPK5. That's the update that has all the little goodies. I hope that helps!
