Slow barrery charge on Lollipop

Is anyone getting this issue also? I'm using the default charger that came from the box in the same outlet I always do and it's only charging like 13% in a few hours. My Nexus 7 isn't even that old!

I've been experiencing the same issue after upgrading to Lollipop 5.0.1. Wish there was a way that I could downgrade back to Kit Kat without rooting
