Slow camera shutter speed

Hello all,

On Twitter the other night somebody posted a rather good picture of the ISS streaking across the sky.

I asked how they took it and they told me they issued a slow shutter speed on their iPhone (apology for swearing).

I've looked on the app store and cannot seem to find a suitable app to slow the shutter speed, so I was hoping that someone could recommend an app for my s4 mini?

I believe you can slow shutter speed using the stock camera app: Camera > Mode > Night

I always used the Night mode on my Android-based gadgets (Sony, HTC, now Samsung) and the pics look great, from my point of view more vivid than the ones taken with an iPhone

reviving this thread.
i'm also looking for such an app, but i believe the new stock camera app doesn't have a "night" mode any more.
so any third party apps that can do a long exposure? (5 or 10 seconds for example).

edit - oops.. just noticed this is in the samsung sub-forum.
i'm using a nexus 5
