Slow charging and not focusing

Hello I have 2 problems with samsung galaxy s8.
1. The back camera did not focus on me and I found on the Internet that I should try the wipe chache partition through the menu that opens when I turn off and hold the power button to mute the sound and bixby. This is how I get to the second problem and, unfortunately, the first one has not resolved.
2. The charging was super via an ampare application before me showed that I am charging at 1500-1700MA but after the wiping chache partition shows me only 800-900MA ...
How Can I solve these problems?

The charge amount depends on the charge state. As the battery reaches full charge, the rate goes down (to avoid cooking the battery). It also depends on the apps you have running. The more current is being used by apps, the less is available to charge the battery. Ampere shows what's going into the phone minus what's being used by the phone.

As for the camera, I'd diagnose that the camera module has to be replaced. The camera isn't that expensive, only about $15-$20 wholesale, but the labor is quite a bit more.
