Slow/Non Fast Wireless Charging

I have the official Samsung Wireless Charging Stand and every single time I've put the Note 7 on it, it's really slow to charge and seems to completely stop charging.
Example, I put the phone on the charger last night around 11pm, woke up this morning and it was at 80%.
Faulty charger maybe? I've checked and fast charging is enabled on the phone. I do have a case on the phone but I've read it shouldn't matter.

I had a thick OtterBox defender on my S7 Edge and it was extremely slow to charge because of the thickness of the case. As soon as I charged it without the case it was back to Quick charging.

Are you also using a cable that supports quick charge?

I just have a Incipio rubber case on it

Yes. I'm using the cable that came with the fast charger.
