Good Evening,

Picked up my S5 from AT&T today, however I'm having a bit of difficulties with the camera.

When I take a picture they come out well, however they take a very long time to take. I hit the shutter button then the camera app tells me to keep it still but takes a long to process.

Any advice on this?

Make sure you removed the clear plastic lens cover. Some folks didn't notice it and the pictures took longer and were not as clear.

It's the picture stabilization in the end settings. Turn it off

yes this is the prob with the slow picture taking. Not sure why the picture stabilization is automatically on. To get into settings to turn it off select the gear circled in this photo:

Then turn off Picture stabilization as pictured here:

Stabilization mode should be used when you are taking images in very low light. Otherwise leave it off

Samsung turns this on by default in all of their devices. And I'm not sure why as it is detrimental outside of low light and if there is any movement in the frame.
