Slow wifi

I've been noticing this since the beginning but thought I'd run a few speed tests.

N4: 1528kbps
IPhone 4: 1755kbps

I've run a few tests and they're all around the same time.

Any ideas?

Mine clocks just about the same as my iPhone 4s.

Seems what happens is that if I turn off the wifi then turn it on again all works well speed wise. But when the phone is idle for a certain amount of time then it goes back to being slow and so I have to turn it off and on again.
