Slower than Note 5?

Because of a carrier switch, I "side-graded" from a Note 5 to the S7. The S7 is really great, really fast and lovely. But I've noticed on a couple of games that the S7 is palpably slower. My most glaring example is Star Trek Timelines, where the Note 5 flies, and on the S7, things take much longer to load, animations are choppier, and it looks less sharp. What's going on here? Is this an Exynos vs. Snapdragon thing?

Exynos vs SnapDragon. A video test by some reviewers showed the SnapDragon version to load slower than Exynos.

Yup. It's a video battle so take it with a grain of salt, but the difference is quite significant.

I think it's due to optimization though, as the Snap820 running HTC 10 scores middle.
