Slowing down

Does anyone have any issues with the Alpha running slow? I'm using android assistant to help but still gets really slow and is using almost all of its ram all the time.

Hi - have you considered performing a factory reset on the device to fresh it up a bit? (make sure you back up all your data as it'll be wiped)
