I've been getting some extremely sluggish performance. Didn't download any new apps, didn't do anything. I might do a factory reset but I was wondering if any of you started seeing a bit of a slower performance?
Clearing the cache may have helped (3 gb), but it also may be my imagination.
I've been researching this model as my G4 died recently. Looking to save money, this one is reasonably priced as the V20 is about to launch. In my research, I noticed a number of reviews that mention that the G4 gets sluggish over time, and no one can explain. My G4, which is more or less the same internals (except RAM and memory) as the V10, definitely got slower over time. Quit an app, takes 2 seconds to restore screen. Delays moving screen to screen. Yes, cleaning the cache helps, but it seems to fade after a time. Wish I could tell you the reason, but no one seems to know.
My note 7 is so fast ...smoother than my second line which is a LG G5...oh sorry wrong forum...enjoy ya v10![]()
I am enjoying my V10. Enjoy your smooth running (for now) ticking time bomb.My note 7 is so fast ...smoother than my second line which is a LG G5...oh sorry wrong forum...enjoy ya v10![]()

I noticed my att V10 was running slow so I was going to factory reset. But then it died before I got a chance. It just froze and then only booted to LG logo. Tried hard reset and it got stuck on the confirmation screen. My brothers 9 month old T-Mobile V10 got replaced last week. My friends 3 month old sprint v10 also just died. He may get an iPhone instead.
I jumped ship from Samsung only because no more removable battery.
