SM V700 Not Sharing/Not Syncing to S10e

I have the SM V700 updated via Samsung Kies. Next thing is it will not sync with Samsung Health. It does show it connected in SH but the pedometer data will not share. Oodly enough, I took 3 photos and all of the went straight to the phone which is a S10e. I have uninstalled the app, reset both the phone and the watch, cleared the cache in all apps as well as bluetooth. Cleared network settings. I just for the life of me cannot remember how I made the share options not greyed out in both the pedometer and the photo area of the watch. I have screenshots but can't upload them.

Samsung Kies and an older version of Gear Wearables when it was named something else did the trick.
