Small contact icon

So when I make a phone call, any contact icon associated with Facebook comes up about 1"x1", where any contact with a photo attached from my pictures shows up as the normal size filling the screen. Any ideas why? I tried uninstalling fb but that didn't work.

I have that exact same problem, AND they're also super low quality
