Small input keyboard

i was enetring a txt and i did something to get the input keyboard to get smaller and now can be moved around. How do i get out of this?

Which keyboard are you using?
I think you enabled one handed mode. You can disable it by going to Settings > Language & Input > Your Keyboard > Preferences
