Small stutter or lag while playing videos and games on my one plus 3

I have been noticing small lag or stutter while playing videos on YouTube,vlc,mx player and even while playing some games this lag stays only for half a second but still this is very annoying .is there any fix for this
I am runnig android 7.0 on oneplus 3

A simple way to get into recovery is to go to developer options and enable advanced reboot. Then when you long press the power button, you get a reboot option that when pressed offers your choice of reboots including recovery.

Choose recovery, touch to reboot, English (for English speakers), wipe data and cache, wipe cache, yes, reboot.
