smallest powerful Android phone

What is the smallest, full-featured Android phone in the market today (preferably Verizon)?
I now have the Incredible, but I also have small hands and it's a bit hard to
maneuver with just one hand.

Have you given voice commands a shot? I think they are great for dictating quick messages or status updates, especially when walking. Not so good when you have people close by, though.
