Smart Actions Services/Support Apps

Anyone willing to help out a fellow rooter? I managed to download the Smart Actions application from the Market, but it appears to require supporting services or apps that my Thunderbolt doesn't have.
Can anyone identify/provide the necessary infrastructure? I'd like to try out Smart Actions on my phone to see how useful it really is. (Please don't point me to links on Multiupload - that's been shutdown for awhile

Well, looks like it's a lost cause - I finally got a chance to go to the Verizon store and fiddle around with a RAZR (man, the Maxx is THIN, considering) and I couldn't identify any individual services/apps that are associated with Smart Actions, so I guess it's built into the core. Time to move on to Tasker or something else.

I use llama myself. It's extremely customizable and free.

I really did like smart actions but when I changed roms I had to find something else.
