Smart cleaning not working right

I've been unable to delete the temporary files in smart cleaning for a couple of weeks. There's no problem deleting the download folder only the temp files, any suggestions?

Go into storage and tap the cache it will ask you if you want to delete your cache, basically it is the same thing.

Hello I have the same problem mentioned above. Smart cleaning just stops working when you select the Temp file, is there a fix for this instead of the "work around"? does my phone have a "bug"? should I go to my provider?

Do what Thierry Henry said above. No need to go to your carrier.

I used smart cleaning once, it deleted all my camera pics. Luckily they were backed up with Dropbox. Never again. I will stick to Clean Master.

Just because the name has "smart" in it doesn't mean it is Computers have zero judgement. They are about as smart as a lawnmower.
