I used Smart Keyboard Pro on my DX, and I'd like to use it for my D2G as well (entirely for the auto-text feature).
I've used it for a bit, but I found it buggy with the physical keyboard. Sometimes it wouldn't auto-cap the first letter in a sentence, for example.
I'm wondering if it could have something to do with the physical keyboard settings menu on the D2G. The "device keyboard" menu gives me options to auto-correct errors, auto-cap, and auto-punctuate. These are all also options in SKP's menu, and there's also an option in there to apply SKP's settings to the device's physical keyboard.
If I have all those options selected through the phone's regular device keyboard menu, could that somehow conflict with the SKP settings? Like, if two different programs are trying to auto-cap a word, will they cancel each other out? Or is the phone's setting for the physical keyboard overridden by SKP?
Any recommendations welcome.
Thanks!
