Smart Lock password saved for Chrome app?

Does the Chrome app use smart password if there isn't a linked account to it. Is that just to authenticate the user through the browser. I don't have any saved passwords on or stored all settings are good

I don't have saved passwords on anywhere,My Google settings are almost as good as there gonna get.

It's a Chrome browser setting not in app,with Smart lock you select the apps you supposedly want hidden with passwords. Then just saving or syncing you can see Changes in Dashboard with Google services. Chrome service prompted me to a non Chrome but supported by Chrome browser ?!!
So I confirmed the Smart lock,Sync so forth but couldn't find the original Smart lock password linked. No where could I find what that Was connected to. So said screw it just deleted Chrome settings for it fixed it up.

Can't remember the last time I was in settings in Chrome on PC.
Have tried 3 back ups & am not getting that again.
